Here they are! The Idaho Falls Hockey Champions!! They won 4 out of 5 games last weekend and Jade rocked the house, as usual. We wouldn't expect less of him.

Christmas 2010
I am finally catching up on my blogging. Christmas was great this year. I am pretty sure it is every year, but this year was pretty dang fun. Kasen still hasn't caught on to the whole opening presents thing, but I am taking that as a good thing right now since all the presents under the tree stayed wrapped (except for one, but it only got torn a little). I am sure that it won't be long before they won't make it to Christmas, or at least they will all get wrapped multiple times before Christmas morning.
Kasen got to spend some quality time with his cousin, Spence. As you can see, his favorite game was taking Spencer's pacifier and running away. What a little tease that kid is! They got along so well and Spencer is such a good little boy and they had so much fun together. It was so cute to see them playing together and talking to each other. What cute kids!! Especially in their matching outfits. It's tradition now. Sorry, boys!!
We even got to see Uncle Kenny for Christmas! That is a present all in it's self.
Yes, even "Baby Jesus" (baby Sadie), was better than Kasen. Kasen was not a very good shepard. Especially when he grabbed Spencer's pacifier and stuck it in his mouth and took off running. Such a stinker!
It was a bit early for the boys. Cody and Sheena left early to go on a Christmas Cruise so we got up early so we could see them off and have Christmas with them. Sheena is officially home now so we can see her whenever we want too!! WOOT! WOOT!

Everyone in our family got spoiled rotten as usual. I got the entire Victoria Secret catalog so I got way more than I deserved (I love you, baby) and a beautiful rug that I love. Jarem got some shirts and jeans and a Cuisinart that he is using as I type (such a good husband, making me bread on Sunday) .
Kasen got a shake and go car (or what we call them "ruck") - it's better than the alternative.
Grandpa Pat got a tractor from Santa! That's pretty funny, he can't even fit on it! I guess Kasen will have to help out.
Kasen got a Tool Workbench from Santa that has a drill press and a chop saw and everything.
Brayden got a sweet hockey bag that will come in quite handy.
Jade got some Tom Tom's (shoes) that his dad LOVES! I think they are pretty good-looking.
That about sums up our Christmas. Lots of family, food, and fun! What more could you ask for? It was a pretty successful Christmas!! Thank you everyone for traveling and coming to spend the holiday's with us, it wouldn't be the same without you.
The cutest little cousins ever! |
Uncle Bryan, Kenny, and Jade, just chillin'. Oh, how old Jade is getting. It reminds me how old it makes me and I am not sure I care for it!!
What cute robes those boys are wearing!! I bet they wear those out.

Thanksgiving 2010
Well, I guess there has been quite a bit that has happened since Halloween. We had a really nice Thanksgiving at The Rencher's. My husband is quite the Chef and made an amazing Thanksgiving meal.
The next day (Black Friday) I went shopping (of course) and Jarem took Jade to Utah for some Hockey games and stayed with Patti and Stacy and had a great time. With Jarem gone, I too, had a great time. Maybe too great. The shopping kind of got away from me and boy, was it fun!! Haha!
The rest of the month was pretty uneventful and just got ready for Christmas. We did make it over to Pocatello's Festival of Trees and Kasen got to see Santa, which went great as you can tell. Maybe next year he will grab onto the concept that is who brings the goods on Christmas.
