Well, we have been some busy bees lately. First of all (and most important), we have a state champion in our presence. Jade is a Hockey Rockstar. He went to the State Championships in Boise and WON! Yes, yes, now it is confirmed . . . he is AWESOME. You would think that we would have some pics of the monumental event but, well, we don't. We will just have to get some next year when he wins again - and when Brayden wins too! Brayden had a fabulous hockey season as well. He made all of his hockey goals that he had set for himself and had a great time doing it! Now it's on to baseball! Get ready, Folks!
On other news, my loving, wonderful, amazing husband, has done so much work every day for months and completed our basement and our upstairs bathroom. Now, I don't have any before pics (I really, really wish I did) but I have the after pics!!! If you all saw the before pictures you would really appreciate the work Jarem did and know what a truly amazing job he did. So, here you go . .If you saw the before . . . holy crap . . . . Jarem is quite the handyman. Now, my part begins. The fun part. DECORATING! I went to Real Deals the other day and had some fun. I just have to do it a little bit at a time as to not upset my husband (with the spending money on that kind of stuff . . he doesn't see the fun).
And now for the Kasen Update! We now have two teefs. They are so cute! He is a jumper and will jump where ever he can, all the time, jumping, jumping, jumping. He is also a little talker. He is content just sitting there talking to himself, especially when he is in his swing. I don't know who he talks to there, but they have quite the conversation. He has also become an escape artist and likes to get out of things he is supposed to stay in, such as the swing or his little booster, highchair thing. He likes to wiggle worm out of those confining things!
And the noises! He is doing all sorts of new sounds, he even has a fake laugh that he likes to do. Everyday is so much fun and I love seeing what new thing he will do that day or new sound he will make that day. He is just so dang funny and makes me and Jarem laugh every day.
Today was such a nice day and so Kasen and I took our first trip down to the park. We were only there for about 1/2 hour because it was a little breezy, but it was pretty fun and I think he enjoyed himself just being outside and seeing all the new things that are out there!Check out those eyes!! Also, while Jarem and Jade were in Boise (State Championship), I thought it would be a good idea to cut my baby boy's hair. His hair was very long on top and shorter on the sides and in the back. So, everyone would say that it looked like a comb over or a toupee and the worst of all is when Jarem would comb it down and to the side and say that he looks like a little Hitler. So, I cut it! Took those scissors and cut my baby boy's hair. My first thought was, oh dear! What did I just do! After I took the clippers and evened it out it looked better but it just makes him look like a little toddler instead of my little baby. It just reminds me how fast he is going to grow up. Underneath my baby's dark hair was a blonde little boy! He is still pretty cute, just growing up a little too fast for his mama.
Hope all is well with everyone and thanks for taking the time to catch up with us!

Sounds like lots of fun at your house! I hope to see your place when we are there. Jarem did a great job! And I can't wait to see Kasen. Cambri will love him. She will probably love him too much. She thinks she is a really good babysitter and doesn't like anyone to help her. See you soon!
Thanks for the pics and your dialog. You do a great job. Makes me miss Kasen even more. thanks for the fun yesterday....it was great to see you guys and hold Kasen. Love you lots
