Well, sorry to disappoint, folks. It's me, again. I officially give up. I am the only designated blogger of the family and I have now come to terms with that. So, we're off! We have had a busy summer and it has flown by, so let's get started!!
Memorial Weekend - We got to go to Island Park and chill-ax at the cabin. Now, remember, it has been awhile and my memory is not as good as it used to be so I am sure I am going to leave some stuff out. I remember relaxing and it snowed.
Thank goodness for pictures!! We were there with Jarem's parents, Mark and Karen. Jenae and her fam were also there, along with Michelle and Adrian. We were without Jade and Bray, slackers! I am sure they were off with some baseball tournament, which is what their summer has turned into. One big baseball tournament!! Good thing they like it (and they are both pretty dang good too). However, it was after Memorial Weekend that we had the fun! Jarem's parents were sooooo nice to let us tag along and took us to LA to go to Six Flags. That's right! We had a Six Flags weekend! WOOT WOOT!! Kasen got to stay home with Grannie Annie and Grandpa Pat and got more spoiled than any child should ever get spoiled (ya know, the usual).

We got to go to Six Flags and ride some AMAZING rides! Holy Cow!! When you get on a ride and the ride has a bar that holds your feet down, you know you are on a fun ride. Every roller-coaster there literally takes your breath away!!

Talk about FUN! Thank you, Mark and Karen!!!
Well, I think that takes us to the 4th of July. Moving right along - Bray had a baseball game in Driggs that we went to and they won (of course). Jade had baseball in Pocatello and joined us later that day. Jarem and I stayed home with Kasen (he wasn't a fan of fireworks - a little loud). Jade and Bray went down to the river and watched the fireworks in Idaho Falls. The next day we headed to Pocatello and celebrated the 4th AGAIN! We got two 4th of July's this year. OH YEAH! That night we took the kids to the Bannock County Fairgrounds and hung out and then watched the fireworks in Poky (which Kasen still wasn't a fan of). Something we never get to do, cuz we always go to IF or Island Park for the 4th. So that was kinda fun. They had rides down there and a band playing. Good times!

So, in between all this we also celebrated some birthdays. Jarem is another year older, as well as Jade, and Brayden. That's it. Those are the only ones that turned another year older (besides Kasen, but we are going in order of events here and we still have some other stuff). I am thinking they all had good birthdays. Jarem's dream came true and he got a kegerator for his birthday so now his life is pretty much complete. Which is good. Makes my life easier. Brayden was a lucky duck and got an itouch. I am pretty sure his life is complete now too. And Jade!! Jade got a present that we all got to enjoy!! For his birthday, we (me, Jarem, Jade, Adrian, and Michelle) all went to SLC to USANA Amphitheater and got to see Jack Johnson in concert. Yeah, baby! It was really fun and we have decided to become members of USANA or something like that. Maybe we will just go to a couple concerts every year. I am pretty sure there isn't a USANA preferred member club or something like that. It is super cool! There is the stage in front - it would be odd if it were in the back or even on the side. Anyway, then in front of the stage there is a section of chairs and around that is a nice grassy area. Then around that there are concession stands and stuff like that. But back to the best part. The nice grassy area. So, it is very chill and relaxing. You bring a blanket and sit and listen to music (and people watch, but that's a given).

Now, I went off because of the birthday's. In between birthday's and concert we have the Rencher Family Reunion. This year was especially special (ya like that??) because all of the cousins were there - um ...... I am just talking about immediate family cousins, not ALL cousins because I am pretty sure that is more than I can count. Anyway, not all brothers and sisters and in-laws were there, but all the cousins were and those are the ones that matter anyway!! We attempted to get some pictures but if there wasn't one kid crying there was another one looking away. So, photoshop might come in handy. In fact, I think that is how photoshop got invented. In order to get a good picture of 12 kids between the ages of 14 and 1, ya need photoshop.
WHOA! Holy novel, Batman! Yes, Kasen is at my parent's for the night. Lucky them. Cute kid.

So, I think that brings us almost up to date. For my birthday (I get younger every year, everyone else gets older - that's why it wasn't mentioned earlier) Jarem got me tickets to see Dave Matthews Band in Boise. It was so much fun!!! I can't believe it has taken me this long to see them. It is for sure a concert I will be going to again. Well, the concert was the day before you-know-who's b-day so we took Kasen with us to B-town. He got to spend some quality time with his Uncle Kensington (who he NEVER sees - hint, hint - because I am sure he reads my blog). Then his Aunt Sheena went and rescued him and took him for the rest of the night so that his mom could wake up in the morning and say HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Yes, everyone, KASEN IS ONE YEAR OLD! My baby is no longer a baby. So, he had a fun birthday celebrating with his Aunt Sheena in Boise and party-ing it up. We went to The Cheesecake Factory (I think my new fav restaurant) then headed home and went to IF to celebrate with the Grandparents. I can't believe a year ago I had the tiniest little baby with black spiky hair. Now, we have a little boy with blonde hair and the cheesiest smile that just makes you laugh out loud and who is constantly moving! I swear the kid never stops!! I don't know how anyone has so much energy, I think he is the Energizer Bunny dressed up as a little boy. This kid has skillz - yep, he is so good it requires a z. He will be doing something that he knows he shouldn't, yet he looks at you as he is doing it and just smiles. It makes it almost impossible to get mad. Notice I said almost. Little Stinker.
I am sorry this is so long and if you made it to the end, Thank you! Sorry the pics are a little out of order, but I'm tired! 'nite y'all!!
